Other ships like the DM have a high rate of fire or more shells like the zao/hindy which let them carry harder. The HIV has a long reload with meh dispersion only 9 shells. To carry as hard as a DM or other cruiser you need to be able to reliably damage DDs and cruisers. The problem with the HIV is that it has great damage potential but that damage is against low impact ships (battleships).

then charge them an dchase them down and sink them.It crushes Khabs If you want to ruin a flanking Khabs day go to outside edge of A or C and just wait for them. Go full speed angled non stop firing the HE hell. Any advice on how to influence battles more effectively is greatly appreciated. Even with this new build, my outcome on the battle feels still feels minimal. This has made it much easier to evade shots, and going from bad to slightly worse concealment isnt too much of a loss. So far i have tried supporting the main advance of the team by providing more fire, but i changed my strategy by putting more emphasis on flanking and drawing fire. I changed from a concealment to a maneuverability build by adding the 40% rudder shift module and replacing the 20% module with acceleration. The main question that I have about this cruiser is: how do I influence the outcome of battles with it. I have played 15 battles in it and i have a 27% winrate so far. Hey guys, I just unlocked this tier 10 beast and I am having trouble influencing the outcome of battles.
